Purchase Samsung Galaxy S26 Trio in Indonesia, Protected Across 121 Countries
Samsung Galaxy S26 series, released on 25 February 2026, is protected with international warranty coverage, including units sold in Indonesia.
With this warranty, owners of the Samsung S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra can seek repairs or file warranty claims in countries covered by the international warranty programme.
According to Verry Octavianus, MX Product Marketing Senior Manager at Samsung Electronics Indonesia, the international warranty applies to purchases made in 121 countries, including Indonesia, the United States, Japan, Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea and Saudi Arabia.
For example, if a Samsung Galaxy S26 owner from Indonesia travels to the United States and their device malfunctions or suddenly powers off, they can visit a Samsung service centre in the US for repairs.
Similarly, users who purchase devices abroad can have them repaired at Samsung service centres in Indonesia.
It should be noted that this warranty does not include Samsung Care Plus, which is an extended warranty service covering one to two years of additional protection.
The international warranty covers repair services only and does not include product replacement or refunds, as such services are only available in the country of original purchase.
Samsung reserves the right to refuse repairs if there are significant differences in product specifications or other repair obstacles.
Samsung has cautioned that the repair process for Galaxy S26 series devices outside the country of purchase may take considerably longer than in the country where the device was originally purchased.
Samsung Galaxy S26 series pre-orders are now available through Samsung’s official website in Indonesia.
Pre-orders opened on 26 February 2026 at 01:00 WIB and will close on 17 March 2026 at 23:59 WIB via Samsung’s official website.
Unit deliveries for pre-orders will commence on 6 March 2026.
