Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has officially extended the deadline for submitting Annual Tax Consultant Reports (LTKP) until 31 May 2026. This policy was announced through a letter numbered S-863/SK.5/2026 dated 5 May 2026, addressed to all tax consultants in Indonesia.

The extension aligns with the granting of an extended deadline for reporting the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) until 31 May 2026.

“This policy is taken to support the smooth execution of duties by tax consultants throughout Indonesia,” stated the letter signed by the Director of Financial Profession Development and Supervision (PPPK), Erawati, quoted from the PPPK Directorate circular, Thursday (7/5/2026).

Although providing the extension, Kemenkeu also reminded tax consultants to fulfil their obligation to submit LTKP correctly and on time.

Erawati emphasised in her letter that violations of the obligation to submit LTKP will be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This letter was copied to all professional organisations, including the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI), the Indonesian Public Tax Consultants Association, the Indonesian Taxation Practitioners Consultants Association, and the Indonesian Tax Consultants Practitioners and Professionals Association.
