The breakdown shows central government outlays of Rp826 trillion (26.2 per cent) and transfers to regions of Rp256.8 trillion (37.1 per cent). Central government spending includes ministry/institutional expenditure (K/L) of Rp400.5 trillion (26.5 per cent) and non-K/L expenditure of Rp425.5 trillion (26.0 per cent). The Ministry of Finance also noted that the primary balance stood at Rp28 trillion (31.2 per cent of GDP) with budget financing at Rp298.5 trillion (43.3 per cent).
