On Dec. 25, 1994 we spent our holiday in Puncak, West Java. To get to this rest resort area we drove our car. Before we reached Cipanas, where the road descends slightly, some people at the road side said that there was flash of fire under our car.
On hearing this, we slowed down and stopped at the road side. The gang immediately came near us, telling us that the car's break was stuck. At the same time they offered to help repair the failing brake. I checked the wheel but found nothing wrong with it. I then realized that the gang was no more than a pack of criminals. May other road users be warned by this experience of ours.
