Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency (Dishub), as the manager of the Integrated Pulo Gebang Terminal (TTPG) in East Jakarta, has provided facilities in the form of special lockers to store belongings of prospective passengers left behind during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah/Lebaran 2026 homecoming and return flows.

The Squad Commander (Danru) of TTPG, Badman Harahap, explained that the facility was prepared to ensure the security of passengers’ belongings, while also facilitating the retrieval process by their owners.

“Prospective passengers whose items are left behind, please report to the on-duty Dishub officers; we are ready to assist,” said Badman in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He added that to retrieve lost items, passengers are required to show identification to confirm ownership. This procedure is implemented to prevent invalid claims by unauthorised individuals.

“So when they come to collect the item, they approach us, and we check their ID card or identification,” Badman stated.

In general, according to him, the terminal’s service conditions are still running smoothly without any significant complaints from prospective passengers. The complaints that have arisen so far only relate to delays in bus departures.

These delays are generally influenced by heavy traffic conditions during the Lebaran period, thus becoming the responsibility of each Bus Company (PO).
