Pudjiadi to split stocks
JAKARTA (JP): Publicly-listed PT Pudjiadi & Sons, the owner of Jayakarta Hotel in Central Jakarta, said that it will split its stocks by halving their nominal value to Rp 500 (21 U.S. cents).
The company also said that in their annual meeting yesterday, its shareholders approved a proposed final dividend of Rp 45 per share for the year 1995.
The company said its total revenues rose 12 percent to Rp 33.2 billion last year due mainly to the full operation of its new hotel in Bandung, West Java.
Revenues from the hotel division slightly increased from Rp 19 billion in 1994 to Rp 20.7 billion last year, while the revenues from the food and beverage division increased from Rp 4.6 billion to Rp 5.9 billion.
The company's net profit rose by 8 percent to Rp 7.6 billion last year. (alo)
