Public Works Ministry Office Raided in Alleged Corruption Probe

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office raided the Ministry of Public Works office in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Thursday (9/4/2026). According to information gathered by Kompas.com, the search was carried out in three buildings within the ministry’s complex. One of them was the Cipta Karya building. Dapot also confirmed the raid related to allegations of criminal corruption. “That’s correct,” Dapot said when confirmed by Kompas.com on Thursday afternoon. However, he has not provided further details regarding the raid. As of this report, the investigators were still conducting the search and had not left the Ministry of Public Works complex.
