Public Works Minister Reshuffles Officials, Replaces Toll Road Regulator Head

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Minister of Public Works (PU) Dody Hanggodo inaugurated two high-ranking pratama officials and one special staff member to the minister within the Ministry of Public Works on Friday (19/6/2026), at the Ministry’s main building. The inauguration is part of an effort to strengthen the organisation.

The officials inaugurated are Ferdian Adi Nugroho as Head of the Legal Bureau, Ni Komang Rasminiati as Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) concurrently serving as a Government Element Member of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency, and Ahmad Khoirul Umam as Special Staff to the Minister for Policy and Institutional Support.

Prior to this appointment, Ferdian Adi Nugroho served as a civil servant (ASN) at the Attorney General’s Office. Meanwhile, Ni Komang Rasminiati previously served as Secretary of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency at the Ministry of Public Works, replacing Wilan Oktavian. Ahmad Khoirul Umam is an academic from Paramadina University.

“I trust that you will carry out your duties to the best of your ability in accordance with the responsibilities given. May Allah SWT, God Almighty, always guide us,” said Dody.

Dody reminded the newly inaugurated officials to perform their duties by upholding all laws and regulations, professional ethics, and integrity.

“In carrying out your duties, always uphold professional ethics and work as well as possible with a full sense of responsibility. Maintain integrity, do not abuse authority, and avoid reprehensible acts,” Dody stressed.

The inauguration was also attended by Vice Minister of Public Works Diana Kusumastuti and other high-ranking madya and pratama officials within the Ministry of Public Works.
