Public telephones out of order

I would like to inform PT Telkom in East Jakarta that some of
the public coin and card operated telephones at the UKI hospital
in Cawang are out of order.

Since the telephones are badly needed by the relatives of the
patients, particularly in the emergency room, I would like to
call on PT Telkom to quickly repair the broken telephones.

Shouldn't PT Telkom be true to its motto: Kami setia melayani
(We are always at your service)?
