Public phones

Public phones

From Neraca

I would like to appeal to Telkom to regularly service their public telephones. Most of them are out of order.

At the Wisma Asri housing complex in North Bekasi, a great number of public telephones, coin or card operated, have been installed but only at three locations are the telephones operational.

If Telkom does not believe this information, they can inspect the condition of their facilities in the vicinity of the Wisma Asri shop-houses. Another location to check is the Bekasi railway station. There is often a long queue for one telephone because the others are out of order.

As for the telephones operated by coins, Telkom needs to state which type of Rp 100 coin must be used.
