Public Information Disclosure in Corporations Strengthened
PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda) or PT JIEP, together with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission, held a public information disclosure socialisation to strengthen transparency and accountability in the management of information within the company. This activity is part of PT JIEP’s efforts to improve the quality of public information management while strengthening the function of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID).
PT JIEP President Director, Dharma Satriadi, stated that public information disclosure is an important part of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). “PT JIEP continues to be committed to strengthening the governance of public information disclosure through the refinement of internal policies, improving the quality of human resources, updating the public information list, strengthening the documentation system, and optimising the use of information technology,” said Dharma.
This commitment is in line with PT JIEP’s achievements in the Monitoring and Evaluation (E-Monev) of Public Information Disclosure. In 2025, the company achieved a score of 97.6 and an Informative predicate, and was selected as the Best Informative Public Body in the DKI Jakarta BUMD category. This achievement is an improvement compared to previous years. PT JIEP obtained a score of 78.4 with a Towards Informative predicate in 2022, which then increased to 90.98 in 2023, 91 in 2024, and 97.6 in 2025. With this achievement, PT JIEP has maintained the Informative predicate for four consecutive years. The company also ranks among the top 10 Informative Business Entities in DKI Jakarta.
The Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Information Commission, Harry Ara Hutabarat, said the increase in PT JIEP’s E-Monev score demonstrates a strengthening culture of transparency within the company. He stated that this achievement not only shows the fulfilment of administrative aspects but also reflects the implementation of information disclosure as part of strengthening corporate governance. PT JIEP will further strengthen the PPID function by updating the Public Information List (DIP), optimising digital communication channels, and improving the quality of information services to the public. This step is aimed at maintaining the Informative predicate while enhancing corporate governance to be more professional, adaptive, and trustworthy. As a strategic BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and a member of the Danareksa Holding, PT JIEP positions information disclosure as part of its effort to build public trust, strengthen stakeholder relations, and promote corporate governance with integrity and sustainability.
