Public Enthusiasm in Accessing Information on Fiduciary to Citizenship

Legal administration issues frequently faced by the public and business actors were the focus of the Festival Layanan AHU Berdampak 2026 in Bandung, West Java, on Sunday (30/8/2026).

After opening consultation access on the first day, the Directorate General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law expanded public education through six talk show sessions.

Public interest was quite high. Some visitors came to find out about services that could be accessed.

Others directly made use of them to process the legality of business entities.

Director General of General Legal Administration Widodo said that the public’s need for legal services is very diverse. Therefore, services must be accompanied by information that is easy to understand.

He said that digital transformation becomes more meaningful if the public understands the services available and can use them according to their needs.

“Therefore, we do not only provide services, but also continue to provide education so that the public can more easily obtain legal certainty,” he said.

One of the topics discussed was fiduciary guarantees. The education covered the registration of fiduciary guarantees over intellectual property rights and the importance of removing the guarantee after obligations are completed.

Business entity issues also received attention. The Directorate General of General Legal Administration provided education on Limited Liability Company services. The material included annual reports, the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI), and the status of inactive PTs.
