Public Can Come to Resolve Legal Administration Issues Through This Event

The Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) of the Ministry of Law will bring various legal administration services closer to the public through the Festival Layanan AHU Berdampak in Bandung, West Java, from 29 to 31 August 2026.

Over the three days, the public will not need to move from one counter to another to seek information or consult on legal administration needs. Various Ditjen AHU services will be available in one location at Trans Hotel Bandung and the Atrium of Trans Mall Bandung. Visitors can take part in coaching clinics, try digital service simulations, and obtain on-the-spot services for types of services that meet the requirements.

This concept makes the festival not merely a showcase of government services, but also a space for the public to recognise, try, and resolve their legal administration needs.

Director General of General Legal Administration Widodo said the public can use the festival to bring legal administration issues they are facing, including problems that have so far remained unresolved.

“Do not come just to look at the booths. If there are legal administration issues that remain unclear, come and consult. We have prepared a space to help the public understand their needs and, as long as the authority and requirements are met, resolve them on the spot,” he said in a written statement on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.

The festival is planned to be attended by Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas. On that occasion, five directorates of Ditjen AHU will open services, including registration of individual companies, fiduciary and notarial matters, citizenship, apostille, and civil servant investigator (PPNS) services. Each directorate has also prepared a flagship service as a hero service.

For business actors and MSMEs, for example, individual company registration services are available along with education on beneficial ownership. Members of the public who need services related to documents for cross-border purposes can consult about apostille.

Meanwhile, citizenship, fiduciary, notarial, PPNS services, as well as services related to will registration, can also be part of the consultation and education agenda.

The festival also provides a “Pasti Ada Solusi” Special Edition programme. This programme is specifically designed to handle actual public issues by involving relevant units or officials. As a result, the public will not only receive general explanations, but will also have the opportunity to obtain assistance for the issues they are facing.
