PTPP Supports Acceleration of SOE Construction Restructuring, Here's the Proof!
PT PP (Persero) Tbk has expressed its commitment to supporting and implementing the directives of the Badan Pengelola BUMN (BP BUMN) and Danantara in accelerating the restructuring of SOE construction companies to enhance competitiveness and strengthen contributions to the national economy.
This commitment was conveyed following a meeting chaired by the Head of BP BUMN and COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, with the directors of SOE construction companies, which discussed strategic steps to accelerate transformation and improve company performance.
PT PP’s Company Secretary, Joko Raharjo, stated that the management views the restructuring initiative by BP BUMN and Danantara as a crucial effort to strengthen the foundation of the national construction industry, making it healthier, more transparent, accountable, and strongly competitive amid industry dynamics.
“As part of the SOE construction sector, PT PP is ready to implement various strategic directives, including improvements in the quality of more realistic and credible financial reporting, increased compliance with regulations, and strengthening transparency principles across all company operations,” Joko explained, quoted on Friday (17/4/2026).
In addition, PT PP continues to promote the strengthening of corporate governance (good corporate governance) and sustainable financial performance improvements. These steps align with the restructuring efforts aimed at building stronger company fundamentals, increasing stakeholder confidence, and enhancing the company’s competitiveness.
“PT PP fully supports the transformation steps initiated by BP BUMN and Danantara. The company is committed to executing these directives in a disciplined and consistent manner, both in financial, governance, and operational aspects, to realise a healthier, more credible, and competitive company,” he clarified.
