Jakarta. PT PP (Persero) Tbk (“PTPP”), a national construction and investment company, has reached an important stage in strengthening its fundamentals by signing a Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) as part of a restructuring process approved by PT Danantara Aset Manajemen.

The MRA signing ceremony was attended by the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at PT Danantara Aset Manajemen, representatives of banks participating in the 2026 MRA, PTPP President Director, PTPP Finance Director, and PTPP Director of Corporate Strategy and Human Capital. The participation of these stakeholders reflects their shared commitment to supporting PTPP’s restructuring and transformation process.
The restructuring involves reorganizing the company’s existing obligations alongside its business and financial transformation.
