PTPP Secures New Contracts Worth Rp 2.76 Trillion in January 2026
PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, or PTPP, recorded new contract acquisitions worth Rp 2.76 trillion in January 2026. This position grew by 120.8 per cent compared with the same period in the previous year.
PTPP Corporate Secretary Joko Raharjo stated that the growth in new contract acquisitions at the start of this year demonstrated positive momentum for PTPP to maintain performance sustainability throughout 2026.
“The company will remain focused on project execution delivered on time, with the highest quality standards and the implementation of zero accidents,” said Joko in a written statement on Friday, 27 February 2026.
The new contract acquisitions were dominated by projects funded by government sources, representing 73.31 per cent. This was followed by BUMN projects at 25.20 per cent, and private sector projects at 1.49 per cent.
Based on business lines, the largest contribution came from the building sector, accounting for 43.28 per cent. This was followed by the roads and bridges sector at 26.64 per cent, smelter and mining at 25.20 per cent, water treatment and waste management at 4.18 per cent, water infrastructure at 0.54 per cent, and oil and gas facilities at 0.16 per cent.
Among the projects secured by PTPP in January 2026 were the construction of the Attorney General’s Pidum & Datum Office Building valued at Rp 820.7 billion; the development of the Metropolitan BRT Membidang Medan valued at Rp 538.5 billion; the bauxite mining project in Mempawah valued at Rp 478.6 billion; and the disaster response project in Aceh valued at Rp 341.7 billion.
