PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) is committed to supporting the acceleration of the construction of 324 units of decent housing in the Senen area, Central Jakarta, as part of the government’s programme for urban settlement revitalisation. This step represents PTPP’s support for the government’s initiative to provide decent housing for the community.

This also aligns with the directives of President Prabowo Subianto to improve the quality of living environments in densely populated areas, particularly in the railway embankment areas of Kramat Ward, Senen Subdistrict.

The implementation of this housing construction is the result of collaboration between the State-Owned Enterprises Management Agency (BP BUMN), Danantara Indonesia, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the DKI Jakarta Regional Government, which also involves other Construction SOEs as part of national development synergy.

On a previous occasion, the Head of BP BUMN and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, along with the Minister of PKP Maruarar Sirait, directly inspected the development site to ensure land readiness and accelerate programme realisation.

As part of the Construction SOEs, PTPP is participating in supporting the smooth execution of the project alongside other Construction SOEs, prioritising principles of quality, safety, and timeliness.

PTPP’s Company Secretary, Joko Raharjo, stated that PTPP’s involvement is a manifestation of its commitment to supporting government programmes, particularly in social infrastructure development that directly benefits the community.

“PTPP is committed to supporting the government’s programme in providing decent housing for the community. We are carrying out this assignment with full-hearted service, prioritising quality, safety, and timeliness so that the benefits of the development can be quickly felt by the community,” said Joko in an official statement on Wednesday (15/4/2025).

In line with this collaborative spirit, the programme is expected to have a tangible impact in improving the quality of life for the community and creating a more decent, safe, and organised living environment.

Furthermore, PTPP will continue to support various strategic government programmes in infrastructure development, especially those oriented towards improving community welfare.
