PTPP Overhauls Board of Commissioners and Directors
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) has overhauled its management line-up in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan, RUPS Tahunan) for the Financial Year 2025 held at PTPP’s Headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. The changes to the management line-up were one of seven agenda items approved by shareholders at the meeting. In addition to the management changes, the RUPS also approved a number of other agendas, such as approval of the financial statements, appointment of public accountants, amendments to the company’s articles of association, and delegation of authority related to the company’s long-term plans. Based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Financial Year 2025, the composition of PTPP’s Board of Commissioners is as follows: Meanwhile, the composition of PTPP’s Board of Directors consists of: In terms of performance, PTPP recorded new contract value of Rp 24.95 trillion over the Financial Year 2025. Based on funding sources, the mix of these new contracts comprised 45 percent from government projects, 35 percent from state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and 20 percent from private sector projects. Some of the projects contributing the most to the company’s new contract awards include the Batam PLTGU project, New Priok East Access Phase II, Kataraja Toll Phase 2, the Cikampek-Plumpang Fuel Pipeline, the IKN DPD Building, and the Karian-Serpong Water Conveyance System (KSCS) Package 1. By April 2026, PTPP also recorded new contracts amounting to Rp 6.88 trillion, with government projects dominating at 82 percent. One of the largest contributing projects is the construction of the KSPEAN Wanam-Muting Road Segment 1 valued at Rp 1.77 trillion. ‘PTPP will continue to focus on creating sustainable added value through portfolio optimisation, enhancement of operational excellence, and strengthening the company’s competitiveness amid the dynamics of the national construction industry,’ said Joko Raharjo, quoted from the official statement.
