PT PP (Persero) Tbk is supporting the acceleration of the construction of 324 decent housing units in the Senen area, Central Jakarta, as part of the government’s programme for urban settlement arrangements. PTPP’s Company Secretary, Joko Raharjo, stated that this step represents PTPP’s support for the government’s programme in providing decent housing for the community. “This aligns with President Prabowo Subianto’s directives to improve the quality of living environments in densely populated areas, particularly in the Kramat sub-district, Senen sub-district, along the railway embankment,” Joko said in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (15/4/2026). Joko explained that the implementation of this housing construction is the result of collaboration between the State-Owned Enterprises Management Agency (BP BUMN), Danantara Indonesia, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, which also involves other construction state-owned enterprises as part of national development synergy. Joko stated that PTPP is participating in supporting the smooth progress of the project alongside other construction state-owned enterprises, emphasising principles of quality, safety, and timeliness. “The company’s involvement is a manifestation of its commitment to supporting government programmes, particularly in building social infrastructure that provides direct benefits to the community,” Joko added.
