PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), as the Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) concerning Complaint Handling in the Effort to Eradicate Corruption.

This cooperation agreement was signed by the President Director of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero), Denaldy Mulino Mauna, and the Deputy for Information and Data at the KPK, Eko Marjono.

President Director of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero), Denaldy Mulino Mauna, stated that the signing of this agreement is a strategic step to strengthen clean, transparent, and high-integrity corporate governance within the PTPN Group environment.

He conveyed that the cooperation is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to reinforce the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, while simultaneously supporting the strategic national agenda.

“We have previously cooperated with various law enforcement agencies, such as the Police, the Attorney General’s Office, and the KPK. With this cooperation, we are increasingly confident in moving forward, especially in running downstream programmes that span many commodities and involve many stakeholders,” said Denaldy in his statement on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.

According to him, the collaboration with the KPK marks an important momentum for the company to further strengthen its supervisory system and organisational integrity. Through this cooperation, both parties will synergise in strengthening regulations, managing complaints, handling cases, and data synergies.

“We hope this collaboration can run effectively so that it not only yields positive impacts for the PTPN Group but also contributes to the efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Deputy for Information and Data at the KPK, Eko Marjono, affirmed that the cooperation represents a shared commitment to building a clean, high-integrity, and accountable organisational governance.

“Corruption eradication cannot be carried out sectorally, but requires close synergy from all parties to jointly build a culture of integrity,” said Eko.

He added that strengthening the reporting system is a crucial aspect of the effort to prevent corruption within an organisational environment. In this context, an integrated Whistleblowing System becomes an important instrument, not only as a complaint channel but also as a managerial tool for leaders in mitigating risks.
