PT Timah (TINS) Agrees to Distribute Rp 656.8 Billion in Dividends
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT Timah Tbk (TINS) has decided to distribute dividends amounting to Rp 656.8 billion, or approximately Rp 88 per share. This dividend amount represents 50% of the company’s net profit for the 2025 financial year and indicates a dividend yield of 2.7% based on the closing share price of TINS on Friday (12/6/2026) at Rp 3,300 per share. The remaining 50% of the net profit, also Rp 656.8 billion, will be recorded as retained earnings.
In 2025, PT Timah recorded revenue of Rp 11.55 trillion, an increase of 6.41% compared to Rp 10.86 trillion in 2024. Operating profit was recorded at Rp 1.91 trillion, with EBITDA reaching Rp 2.76 trillion. Meanwhile, the company’s net profit rose 5.12% year-on-year (yoy) to Rp 1.31 trillion. On the operational side, PT Timah recorded tin ore production of 18,635 tonnes Sn, tin metal production of 17,815 metric tonnes, and tin metal sales of 16,634 metric tonnes.

These achievements serve as a strong foundation for the company to provide added value to shareholders while maintaining sustainable business growth.
