PT Telkom unfair

We, residents of Kampung Dua RT.09/02 of Jakasampurna
subdistrict, South Bekasi, applied last year for telephone
exchange lines to PT Telkom regional office of Kranji, Bekasi.
The office rejected our application saying no telephone line
network had been installed in our area.

Surprisingly, though, two telephone lines were installed on
Oct. 9 in two neighboring houses. The lines are now functioning
well. Some of us think the installation could only have been made
possible by "KKN" (corruption, collusion and nepotism) between PT
Telkom and those two neighbors of ours.

If this is true, we regret this errant practice of PT Telkom
as we are now in the era of reform and we have been fighting KKN.

We hereby request PT Telkom of Kranji Bekasi Regional Office
to take disciplinary actions toward those involved in the KKN,
and to install the telephone lines that we have long been waiting
for. Thank you.
