PT Pos Properti Indonesia recorded positive performance in early 2026 amid pressures on the property sector due to weak consumer purchasing power and high funding costs. “We remain optimistic in pursuing growth in 2026. From the current interest rate movements and consumer purchasing power, we see significant opportunities,” said Chief Commercial Officer of PT Pos Properti Indonesia, Aldhita Prayudhiputra, in a press release on Tuesday (31/3/2026). The company targets 18% growth throughout 2026, exceeding the property industry’s projected growth of 5.2% to 5.9% over the next five years. Based on internal data, demand for commercial space has increased since late 2025, in line with the recovery of post-pandemic business activities. The leasing segment currently contributes around 50-60% to the company’s total revenue. This portfolio includes rentals of retail spaces, offices, and other commercial facilities in various strategic locations. Key tenant sectors include modern retail, food and beverages, financial services, and public services. The company has opened two co-living locations in strategic areas of Jakarta, namely on Jalan Fatmawati and in Gandaria, with a total of 50 rooms. “We see a very enthusiastic market response. In a short time after the soft launch, occupancy rates have already shown positive trends,” said Aldhita. This co-living concept targets young professionals, offering flexible leasing as well as facilities such as high-speed internet, communal spaces, and access to public transport.
