PT Pos Properti Indonesia accelerates expansion through three business initiatives
PT Pos Properti Indonesia is accelerating its expansion amid national property industry pressures by launching three strategic business initiatives. The three initiatives include the development of a new co-living concept called Homy Nomad, strengthening the construction and design business line, and developing a millennial housing area in Harjamukti, Depok in partnership with Ruma Development. ‘This move is part of a diversification strategy that has successfully maintained the company’s revenue stability in 2025 and drives an ambitious 18% growth target for 2026, surpassing the industry’s projected 5% growth,’ said Chief Commercial Officer Aldhita Prayudhiputra of PT Pos Properti Indonesia in Jakarta on Sunday. The first strategy, Homy Nomad co-living, aims to address urban lifestyles with flexible housing tailored for city dwellers. Aldhita noted that the first two locations are operational in strategic Jakarta areas—Fatmawati and Gandaria (Haji Nawi)—with a total of around 39 units integrated with public transport access and city activity centres. Market response to Homy Nomad has been positive since its launch, with occupancy rates rising even before major marketing campaigns began. ‘The company plans to expand this concept to other major Indonesian cities using data-driven approaches to ensure measured growth,’ he added. Alongside its rental-based property business, which contributes 50-60% of total revenue, Pos Properti Indonesia is actively enhancing its Design and Construction business line as the second strategy. The business unit offers comprehensive architectural consultation, design, and construction services tailored to corporate and institutional clients. ‘This construction line leverages Pos Properti’s asset network and track record in managing historical buildings owned by PT Pos Indonesia across the archipelago,’ he said. Meanwhile, Chief Operating Officer Abdul Hadi said expertise in building function transformation and heritage renovation, including the Pos Bloc creative hub initiative, provides a strong differentiation for the company amid national construction service competition. ‘We have proven technical experience, certified human resources, and real project portfolios ready to commercialise our expertise for anyone interested in collaboration,’ he added. He added that through a strategic partnership with Ruma Development, Pos Properti Indonesia is developing a millennial housing area in Harjamukti Village, Cimanggis, Depok, situated precisely between four strategic Jabodetabek areas. The 7,925 sqm project will feature around 60 homes priced from Rp1.4 billion, targeting young families and first-time buyers in the Cibubur area and surroundings. According to him, with estimated monthly instalments of around Rp12 million, buyers can secure housing while adjusting financing schemes and bank approvals. The project responds to market data showing 55% of Jabodetabek homebuyers in 2024 were of working age seeking strategic housing near public transport. Located just minutes from Harjamukti LRT Station and Cibubur Toll Road access, the area is deemed to meet millennials’ daily mobility needs while offering strong investment appreciation potential. ‘The housing concept adopts urban living, integrating commercial facilities, green spaces, and family-friendly environments in line with 2026 housing trends focusing on functional daily comfort,’ he said.
