PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero)/PT PII conducted a Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Employee Volunteer Programme (EVP) during Ramadan 1447H under the banner “PT PII’s Time to Share”. The company collaborated with Rumah Zakat to distribute Ramadan aid packages to children from the Street Children Alternative School (SAAJA) community, spanning levels from kindergarten through secondary school.

A total of 153 aid packages were distributed, containing school supplies such as bags, stationery, notebooks, a complete set of eating utensils, and colouring materials. Children also received food hampers consisting of rice, tinned sardines, biscuits, milk, and multivitamins to support their nutritional needs.

PT PII also provided support to the SAAJA learning facility (Saung SAAJA) in the form of a sound system set, hygiene supplies, and other equipment to enhance teaching and learning activities. The event, held on Monday, 9 March 2026, involved PT PII employees acting as volunteers. They interacted directly with the children through various educational and interactive activities including play sessions, colouring, singing, and inspirational storytelling.

Attending the event were Acting President Director of PT PII Andre Permana, Finance Director Donny Hamdani, and Didi Sabir, Chief Marketing Officer of Rumah Zakat. The aid was symbolically handed over to Kristina Iin Dwiyanti, Head of SAAJA Community School, and representatives of the student participants.

Acting President Director Andre Permana stated that the programme forms part of the company’s commitment to continue providing benefits and positive contributions to society, both through PT PII’s role in supporting infrastructure development and through social activities with direct and indirect impact.

“Through this TJSL programme, we hope to bring joy to the children whilst providing genuine support for them to continue learning and pursue a brighter future,” Andre said.

PT PII hopes that through this initiative, the spirit of employee and company social responsibility will continue to grow, whilst providing tangible support for the children to continue their education and achieve a better future, particularly as the community approaches Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
