Clean and Healthy Living Behaviour (PHBS) was one of the main topics presented at the Stunting-Free Village event held in Panyabrangan Village, Cikeusal Subdistrict, Serang Regency, Banten. This material was delivered by Rifdah Widda Islami, a nutritionist from Cikeusal Health Centre. She emphasised the importance of implementing PHBS in daily life as an early step in preventing stunting. In her presentation, Rifdah explained that simple habits such as washing hands with soap, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and following a balanced nutritious diet play a significant role in supporting child growth and development. β€œThe main key to preventing stunting is not only about nutritional intake but also about clean and healthy living behaviour that must start from the family,” she said in front of the event participants. This Stunting-Free Village activity is the result of collaboration between PT Pigeon Indonesia and Rumah Zakat as a form of concern for improving community health quality, particularly for mothers and children. The programme aims to increase public awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition and proper parenting to prevent stunting. The enthusiasm of the programme participants was evident from their active participation in the education and discussion sessions. Through this event, it is hoped that the attendees can apply the knowledge gained in their daily lives, thereby creating a healthy and stunting-free generation. The synergy between PT Pigeon Indonesia, health workers, village officials, and social institutions is expected to have an impact in reducing stunting rates in Serang Regency, especially in Cikeusal Subdistrict.
