PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva Strengthens Service Standards Through Integrated Management System Digitalisation
Jakarta – PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) continues to strengthen its company service standards through the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on an integrated digital platform. This initiative is part of the strengthening of corporate governance foundations that have been consistently implemented, in line with the transformation process now marked by the company’s name change to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva.
As part of the initial implementation phase, SPSL conducted Integrated Management System (IMS) application training on 21–22 January 2026 in Jakarta. The activity aimed to provide conceptual and technical understanding to SPSL employees regarding IMS implementation, including in the preparation and management of integrated management system documents.
Senior Vice President of the Corporate Secretariat at PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Dewi Fitriyani, stated that IMS is a strategic instrument in strengthening adaptive corporate governance oriented towards sustainability.
“IMS implementation is directed at improving the quality of corporate governance and ensuring operational sustainability based on a more effective and efficient integrated management system,” said Dewi.
She further noted that IMS implementation is also in line with Asta Cita, particularly in strengthening governance reform and transparent, accountable, and technology-based bureaucratic systems.
“With an integrated system, all business processes can run more orderly, documented, and measurable. This forms an important foundation in improving service quality whilst strengthening company accountability,” she added.
Through IMS implementation and human resource capacity strengthening, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva is committed to building reliable management foundations as part of the company’s transformation in strengthening its role as a supporting subholding for the national port and logistics ecosystem.
