PT Pegadaian Sweeps Five Awards at HR Asia 2026
PT Pegadaian has successfully secured five awards at the HR Asia event, being named the ‘Best Company to Work For in Asia 2026’ by HR Asia for the eighth time. This year’s achievement surpasses the previous year, where the company won four categories, reinforcing the excellence of Pegadaian’s Human Capital performance across various pillars of human resource management.
The five awards include the HR Asia Best Company to Work For 2026 Indonesia Chapter, HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2026, HR Asia Tech Empowerment Awards 2026, HR Asia People Transformation Awards 2026, and the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards 2026.
