PT MPG Nagan Raya supports Kuala Pesisir flag-raising troop for Indonesia's 81st Independence Day

PT Meulaboh Power Generation (MPG) supported the flag-raising ceremony commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, on Monday (17/8).

The Red and White flag-raising ceremony at the Kuala Pesisir sub-district level took place at the football field in Gampong Purwodadi, Kuala Pesisir District.

The event was attended by sub-district government officials, the sub-district leadership coordination forum (Forkopimcam), village officials, students, and members of the public.

Novi Rusin, Treasurer of the Kuala Pesisir District Secretariat in Nagan Raya Regency, expressed appreciation for the support provided by PT MPG to the flag-raising troop.

“Alhamdulillah, it is very helpful,” said Novi.

The district received food assistance from PT MPG.

According to Novi, the company’s support represents a form of participation in ensuring the success of the Independence Day commemoration series in Kuala Pesisir District.

The Kuala Pesisir District also hopes that the support and cooperation with PT MPG can continue in future activities.

The support is part of PT MPG’s commitment to continuously building good relations with the government and communities in the areas surrounding the company, including through participation in social and community activities.
