PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) through its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year on Tuesday (12/5) distributed cash dividends amounting to Rp176.56 billion or equivalent to Rp12.6 per share. Company Secretary Wimala Widjaja stated in her remarks in Jakarta on Wednesday that in the previous year, the company distributed dividends of 40% of net profit, while for the 2025 fiscal year, it increased to 45% of net profit. “The company maintains a regular dividend of 40% of net profit, while adding an additional dividend of 5%. The total dividend distributed reaches Rp12.6 per share, an increase of 28.5% compared to the previous year,” she said. Regarding the company’s performance in 2026, Wimala mentioned that throughout the first quarter, the company’s revenue grew positively by 3.4% compared to the same period last year, thereby driving the current period’s profit to rise by 7.4% to Rp119.32 billion. This revenue growth and profit increase were driven by pharmaceutical product sales performance and operational efficiencies across the entire distribution network. Amid economic conditions that remain full of challenges, the company continued, the company successfully recorded net sales of Rp4.03 trillion up to 31 March 2026, an increase compared to Rp3.9 trillion recorded in the first quarter of 2025. Pharmaceutical product sales became the main contributor with Rp3.26 trillion, higher than Rp2.7 trillion in the same period last year. Meanwhile, medical device sales contributed Rp394.5 billion, and health products Rp380.2 billion. In the AGMS, shareholders also approved the resignation of Krestijanto Pandji from his position as President Director and appointed Juliwaty as the company’s President Director, who previously served as President Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), a subsidiary of PT Medela Potentia Tbk. Meanwhile, Investor Relations Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Harris Lesmana, added that the company continues to strengthen its growth foundation through the development of distribution infrastructure, addition of principals, as well as exploring strategic collaborations in the medical device business with global partners to bring quality products manufactured domestically.
