PT Mahaka Media Tbk Appoints Adrian Syarkawi as New Managing Director to Strengthen Digital Business Strategy

PT Mahaka Media Tbk (Mahaka X) has unveiled its new board of directors as the media industry shifts towards digital. Adrian Syarkawi has been appointed Managing Director, with Aditama Wahyudi Mirza as Director, while the commissioner roles remain unchanged. Aldo Rambie continues as Independent Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Martin Suharlie as Commissioner.

Managing Director Adrian Syarkawi presented the company’s strategy at the Public Expose 2026 event in Jakarta on Monday, 25 May 2026. Mahaka X will focus on strengthening its business and expanding its digital media ecosystem, as well as delivering more integrated communication services for clients and business partners.
