PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang has made preparations to optimise service delivery to every user of the Pandaan-Malang toll road service, particularly in light of extreme weather conditions. Special attention to weather developments aligns with guidance from Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi, who is coordinating the 2026 Eid Transport Operation.
The company is also focused on implementing the Transportation Ministry’s directive to accelerate the delivery of traffic information updates at congestion-prone points to travellers.
PT JPM has prepared operational service strategies as key priorities, including the deployment of additional standby personnel, increased signage and response scenarios for potential disruptions on the route, and installation of supporting traffic safety equipment to enhance rider safety.
Furthermore, the company is ensuring the toll road remains in prime condition and has prepared field standby teams, including patching crews, road reserve and drainage teams, and flood and landslide response teams, along with supporting equipment and materials.
Additionally, facility upgrades at rest areas include increased numbers of cleaning personnel, security staff, and traffic control personnel to manage congestion.
“All these efforts are implemented as a step towards achieving the ‘Comfortable Together’ tagline for all citizens,” he said.
PT JPM ensures adequate supplies, electronic payment balances, and fuel availability before entering the toll road to ensure more comfortable travel. Current traffic information and requests for toll road traffic services can be accessed through the Jasa Marga Group’s 24-hour call centre at number 133 and the Travoy 4.6 application.
