Jakarta - PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda), or PT JIEP, is promoting public information transparency as a key foundation for building public trust and strengthening corporate governance.

President Director of PT JIEP Dharma Satriadi stated in Jakarta on Monday that the company is committed to continuously strengthening public information disclosure governance through the refinement of internal policies, improvement of human resource quality, updating public information, reinforcing documentation systems, and optimising the use of information technology.

This commitment was realised through a public information disclosure socialisation event with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission. The activity is part of PT JIEP’s efforts to ensure that information management within the company operates transparently and accountably, and is able to meet the needs of the public and stakeholders.

According to Dharma, information disclosure is not merely viewed as fulfilling an administrative obligation. Transparency is part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), as well as an instrument for building a more open relationship with the public.

This commitment is reflected in the consistent performance of PT JIEP’s information disclosure in recent years. In the Monitoring and Evaluation (E-Monev) of Public Information Disclosure, the company’s score increased from 78.4 in 2022 to 90.98 in 2023, then to 91 in 2024, and reached 97.6 in 2025.

With this achievement, PT JIEP has maintained its informative predicate for four consecutive years, while strengthening its position as one of the regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) with the best implementation of public information disclosure in DKI Jakarta Province.

“As part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), while delivering information services that are transparent, accountable, and oriented towards the public interest,” said Dharma.

As a strategic BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and a member of the Danareksa Holding, PT JIEP views public trust as an important part of maintaining the company’s sustainability. Through consistent information disclosure, PT JIEP seeks to build increasingly transparent and accountable governance, while creating a stronger relationship with the public based on information that is open, accessible, and accountable.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Information Commission Harry Ara Hutabarat stated that the increase in PT JIEP’s E-Monev score demonstrates the strengthening culture of transparency within the company. He assessed that this achievement reflects the implementation of information disclosure that not only meets administrative aspects but can also serve as a foundation for strengthening corporate governance sustainably.

Going forward, PT JIEP will strengthen the function of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through updating the Public Information List (DIP), optimising digital communication channels, reinforcing documentation systems, and improving the quality of information services to the public.

“These efforts are expected to maintain the quality of information disclosure while strengthening communication between the company and the public and stakeholders,” Harry concluded.
