PT JIEP Posts Net Profit Up 174 Percent in 2025
PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda) or PT JIEP as the Jakarta Province-owned Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and member of the Danareksa holding company recorded a 174 percent year-on-year increase in net profit to Rp 67.04 billion for 2025, excluding asset revaluation, or Rp 367.51 billion including asset revaluation. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for the financial year 2025, PT JIEP also reported a 20 percent rise in operating revenue to Rp 239.37 billion. Total equity rose 5.9 percent to Rp 6.15 trillion. PT JIEP’s President Director, Dharma Satriadi, said the 2025 profit reflects the company’s consistency in pursuing its business strategy, improving district services’ quality, and carrying out sustainable operational transformation. “The net profit achievement for the 2025 financial year represents PT JIEP’s solid business foundation and its ability to sustain performance over time. As Indonesia’s first industrial estate, we do not only focus on financial performance but also ensure that the estate adds value to national economic growth and supports Jakarta as a global city that serves as a hub for business, investment, and industry,” Dharma said in a formal statement on Friday (22 May 2026). During 2025, PT JIEP implemented various strategic programmes to enhance district competitiveness, including developing a tenant digital system, utilising a tenant database application, constructing a command centre, strengthening district facilities, optimising waste management, and implementing renewable energy (EBT). The company’s commitment to good corporate governance is reflected by a GCG score of 87.281 with the rating “Sangat Baik” (Very Good), up 1.1 points from 86.137 in 2024. Looking ahead, Dharma said PT JIEP is optimistic about continuing to contribute to Jakarta and Indonesia’s economic growth through developing a modern, integrated, competitive, and sustainable industrial district. In line with its transformation, the company remains committed to being a strategic partner for investors, businesses, and the government in creating an industrial ecosystem that can drive inclusive national economic growth. “We believe the industrial estate is not only a place for business activities but also a driver of economic growth.
