PT Dahana Receives a 'Good' Rating in the 2024 Good Corporate Governance Assessment
Subang (ANTARA) – PT Dahana, together with the West Java Province Representative of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), conducted the Exit Meeting for the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Assessment for the 2024 financial year, held at PT Dahana’s Head Office, Subang, on Tuesday, 3 March.
The event was attended by members of PT Dahana’s management, including President Director Hary Irmawan; Finance, Risk Management & HR Director Mohamad Nur Sodiq; Commissioner Wildan Widarman; and senior executives of Echelon I. From the BPKP West Java Province Representative, the Head of Representation and the assessment team involved in the assessment process were present.
Based on the assessment results, PT Dahana’s implementation of Good Corporate Governance achieved a ‘Good’ rating. The result reflects the company’s commitment to applying governance principles including transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.
The Exit Meeting was held as a forum to present the final GCG assessment results for PT Dahana for the 2024 financial year, including the score achieved, Areas of Improvement (AoI), and recommendations for governance improvements. The event also aimed to align the understanding between the assessors and the company’s management regarding the evaluation results, while encouraging the company to follow up on the recommendations.
PT Dahana’s President Director, Hary Irmawan, stated that the assessment results provide a momentum for the company to continuously improve the quality of corporate governance.
‘The ’Good’ rating obtained in this GCG assessment serves as motivation for PT Dahana to continue strengthening governance practices that are transparent, accountable, and of high integrity. The recommendations will be used as part of our evaluation and as a guide for us to undertake ongoing improvements,’ said Hary Irmawan.
Meanwhile, Wildan Widarman, Commissioner of PT Dahana, emphasised that strengthening corporate governance is a key element in maintaining the sustainability and credibility of the company in the eyes of stakeholders.
‘Consistent implementation of Good Corporate Governance forms a crucial foundation for the company’s sustainability. We hope this assessment result can serve as a basis for PT Dahana to further improve the quality of governance and strengthen stakeholders’ trust,’ said Wildan Widarman.
On the other hand, Ikhwan Mulyawan, Head of the BPKP Representative of West Java Province, expressed appreciation for PT Dahana’s commitment to conducting the GCG assessment process openly and constructively.
‘We appreciate the commitment of PT Dahana’s management in conducting the GCG assessment process transparently and constructively. The results show that the company has implemented good governance, and moving forward we hope the recommendations can be followed up to further strengthen GCG practices on a sustainable basis,’ said Ikhwan.
Through this activity, PT Dahana reiterated its commitment to continuously improving the application of Good Corporate Governance as a fundamental foundation for maintaining stakeholder trust and supporting the company’s sustainability and performance in the years ahead.
