“Many, many, and they keep joining; the issue is that the numbers keep shifting,” said Grace Natalie to reporters during the PSI Consolidation event at a hotel in the Slipi area, West Jakarta, on Sunday (12/4/2026).

Grace stated that PSI is not a party owned by a group or a handful of people, so the backgrounds of its cadres can be diverse.

“PSI is a super-open party, where everyone is accepted, everyone is a shareholder. This party is not a family party, not a party of just a handful of people,” she said.

Grace continued that they are still awaiting other figures to join PSI. They are ready to accept anyone.

“So PSI continues to wait with open arms for other figures to join, including figures that might be on the minds of friends,” she said.

She explained that PSI will openly embrace the figures who join. Grace wants those figures to struggle together.

“What is certain is that we appreciate the optimism and trust from national figures who want to anchor and fight together in PSI,” she said.

Previously, PSI General Chairman Kaesang Pangarep inspected the readiness of the organisational structure from the Regional Representative Council (DPW) to the District Representative Council (DPD) of PSI. He mentioned that there are several DPW-DPD Chairmen led by someone who moved from another party.

“NTB is already good even though the chairman is new, right? Where is NTB? The NTB Chairman is a former secretary of the rival party,” said Kaesang when opening the PSI Consolidation.

The PSI DPD Chairman for NTB is Halalu Budi Suryata, who previously came from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI Perjuangan). In addition, there is the PSI DPW Chairman for South Sumatra, Heri Amalindo, a former PDIP cadre and former Regent of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir.
