PSI Affirms Support for Prabowo-Gibran Until the End

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Deputy Chairman of the PSI Board of Patrons, Grace Natalie, has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to supporting the administration of President Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka until completion.

“PSI is committed to supporting Mr Prabowo and Mas Gibran until the end,” Grace stated when met on the sidelines of the PSI DPP-DPW consolidation event in Jakarta on Sunday (12/4/2026).

“I believe the concept of continuity must be in place. That means if the government changes frequently, policies will change frequently, and no matter how good the policies are, they won’t be optimal,” she said.

“So we support continuity,” she added.

PSI also supports the Prabowo administration’s government efficiency policies amid the current geopolitical situation.

“The geopolitical situation is not good at the moment. So, we certainly support efforts to improve efficiency so that the most crucial services are prioritised,” Grace Natalie said.

According to Grace, things that are deemed inefficient should indeed be cut back on.

“What is not efficient should indeed be subject to savings to make it more efficient,” she added.
