Prudential has launched a campaign titled ‘Janji, jadi nyata’ (Promises, made real) as a regional initiative across Asia, built on a simple idea: that every policy holds meaning beyond being a protection product, because behind it lies a deeply personal promise to protect oneself, care for one’s family, and prepare for the future of those who matter most.

The new campaign is present in eight Asian markets: Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, according to Karin Zulkarnaen, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer of Prudential Indonesia, in a statement on Saturday, 15 August 2026.

She said the campaign reflects Prudential’s commitment to continue being present and providing relevant protection for customers now and in the future. Through ‘Janji, jadi nyata’, Prudential aims to show that behind every decision to obtain protection lies a promise to oneself and to loved ones.

‘For Prudential, that promise is realised by continuously understanding customer needs, delivering relevant protection solutions, and providing services and experiences that offer a sense of security and confidence when needed,’ she said.

Similarly, Vivin Arbianti Gautama, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer of Prudential Syariah, added that for Prudential Syariah, protection is also a form of care and a trust to look after one another, as well as a manifestation of the spirit of mutual assistance (ta’awun) among participants.

‘For Prudential Syariah, protection is not only about facing risk, but also about striving to protect oneself and loved ones,’ Vivin said. Behind every decision to obtain protection, she noted, lies a trust to safeguard one’s family and prepare for the future.

Moreover, under sharia principles, every participant always carries the spirit and commitment of mutual assistance (ta’awun), because contributions made through the tabarru’ fund also serve as a form of collective cooperation to help other participants in need.

‘Through ’Janji, jadi nyata’, we want to show that this commitment is realised through concrete actions, including providing protection and benefits when needed,’ she said.
