PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) and PT Prudential Syariah Life Assurance (Prudential Syariah) have launched the Prestige Benefit Airport Lounge facility for premium segment customers ahead of the 2026 Eid holiday period. The service is available at 19 international airports spread across seven countries, including Indonesia.

Within Indonesia, the facility can be accessed at three international airports: Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Jakarta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and Kualanamu Airport in Medan. The service launch took place at Terminal 3 of the International Departure at Soekarno-Hatta Airport on 13 March 2026, in collaboration with Plaza Premium Lounge.

The facility is targeted at Prestige by Prudential customers, namely the affluent and high-net-worth individual (AHNWI) segment, as part of strengthening premium services that focus not only on financial protection but also lifestyle experience.

Chief Customer and Marketing Officer of Prudential Indonesia, Karin Zulkarnaen, stated that the introduction of this service represents the company’s effort to enhance customer comfort for those with high mobility.

“Customer comfort is one of the core values in Prudential Indonesia’s strategy. We not only provide protection solutions but also deliver lifestyle experiences relevant to our Prestige customers’ needs,” said Karin.

She added that the airport lounge facility is expected to provide additional comfort for customers who travel frequently, whether for business or leisure purposes.

“Through the Prestige Benefit Airport Lounge, we want to provide additional comfort for customers with high mobility and dynamic travel needs,” she said.

The service allows Prestige customers to access airport lounges up to twice a year for both domestic and international flights. Various facilities are available within the lounge, such as food and beverages, Wi-Fi access, real-time flight information, baggage storage areas, and shower facilities.

Service access is provided through the PRUPoints loyalty programme, whereby customers only need to exchange one point to enjoy the lounge facility. Additionally, PRUPoints can be exchanged for various other rewards such as restaurant vouchers, shopping vouchers, and exclusive products.

Chief Customer Marketing Officer of Prudential Syariah, Vivin Arbianti Gautama, stated that this service has also been designed to meet the needs of high-mobility customers, including Muslim participants.

“The affluent segment is known to have high mobility, so their needs extend beyond financial protection to services that support their lifestyle,” said Vivin.

She added that lounge facilities also take into account the religious needs of Muslim participants during travel.

“This facility is designed to support the comfort and ease of Muslim participants in practising their faith during travel, as part of our commitment to honouring participant trust,” she said.

Since its launch in 2021, the Prestige by Prudential service has offered various exclusive facilities, such as priority healthcare services, medical check-ups, and access to VIP services at partner hospitals.

With the addition of the airport lounge facility, Prudential hopes to further increase the added value of services for premium customers, particularly in supporting mobility during the Eid holiday period, which tends to increase significantly.
