PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) and PT Prudential Syariah Life Assurance (Prudential Syariah) have launched the Prestige Benefit Airport Lounge facility for Prestige by Prudential customers or participants ahead of the Lebaran holiday period. The service is available at a total of 19 international airports across seven countries, namely Malaysia, Hong Kong, Cambodia, the Philippines, Singapore, China, and Indonesia. In Indonesia, the airport lounge facility can be accessed at three international airports: Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, and Kualanamu International Airport in Medan. Through this service, the company aims to provide premium services to the Affluent & High-Net-Worth Individual (AHNWI) segment with a comprehensive, integrated, and personalised approach. The service can be enjoyed by active Prestige by Prudential customers or participants up to two times per year, for both domestic and international lounge access. In the lounge areas, customers or participants can utilise various premium facilities before flights, such as food and drink options at buffet counters, real-time flight information screens, unlimited Wi-Fi access, baggage storage facilities at some lounge locations, and shower rooms. In addition to lounge facilities, PRUPoints can also be exchanged for various rewards, such as restaurant vouchers, shopping vouchers, diverse products, and an exclusive catalogue accessible only to Prestige by Prudential customers or participants. Chief Customer & Marketing Officer of Prudential Indonesia, Karin Zulkarnaen, stated that customer comfort is one of the key values in the company’s strategy to deliver premium services in the insurance industry. “We not only provide protection solutions but also strive to offer lifestyle experiences relevant to the needs of Prestige customers. Through the Prestige Benefit Airport Lounge, we aim to provide additional comfort for customers with high mobility and dynamic travel needs,” said Karin in a press release on Wednesday (18/3/2026). Meanwhile, Chief Customer Marketing Officer of Prudential Syariah, Vivin Arbianti Gautama, conveyed that the affluent segment is known for its high mobility, both for business and holidays, so their needs are not limited to financial protection. “Responding to this trend, as well as the increasing mobility of society, where data from the Central Statistics Agency records a 9.56 percent increase in international trips in November 2025 to 794,733 trips, Prudential Syariah is introducing the Prestige Benefit Airport Lounge at several domestic and international airports,” explained Vivin. “This facility is also designed to support the comfort and ease of Muslim participants in performing worship during travel, as part of our commitment to safeguarding participants’ trust through services that provide benefits and welfare,” she added.
