Prudential Indonesia Reports Financial Performance Growth Throughout 2025
PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) recorded a strong performance during 2025, supported by a solid financial foundation and the company’s ability to adapt to industry dynamics and evolving customer needs.
Prudential Indonesia President Director Tony Benitez stated that the performance was driven by the company’s sustained focus on delivering relevant protection solutions and services through product innovation, technology application, and comprehensive end-to-end customer experience enhancement.
In a statement released in Jakarta on Thursday, he detailed that the company posted premium income of Rp21.1 trillion, total assets of Rp64.3 trillion, and a net profit of Rp2.4 trillion during 2025.
‘With total claims and benefits paid reaching Rp16 trillion, this achievement demonstrates the company’s commitment to meeting its obligations to customers,’ he said.
Furthermore, the company’s Risk Based Capital solvency ratio reached 466 percent, well above the regulatory requirement, affirming the company’s robust financial position in ensuring the continuity of protection for customers.
‘Market volatility and global macroeconomic conditions affect investment values, while rising medical inflation and pressure on people’s purchasing power remain challenges for the industry,’ said Tony.
As a company committed to meeting the needs of current and future generations, he added, the firm continues to strengthen its portfolio of protection solutions to address the increasingly diverse needs of the public.
Beyond protection solutions, the company is also committed to strengthening the public’s financial readiness through various financial literacy initiatives, including Cha-Ching, a financial literacy programme for children aged 7 to 12 years that teaches the basic concepts of managing money in a fun and easy-to-understand way.
Also included is CUAP Bareng Prudential for young people, as part of the company’s contribution to building a more resilient and competitive society.
‘With a strong foundation and sustainable strategy, we are optimistic about continuing to support Indonesian families in the long term,’ said Tony Benitez.
