Jakarta — PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA), a telecommunications issuer, has announced a share sale transaction by its controlling shareholder. The controlling shareholder, PT iForte Solusi Infotek, divested its entire stake of 550,000,900 shares on 13 July 2026, at a price of Rp974 per share. Prior to the transaction, iForte held 550,000,900 shares, representing 40% voting rights in DATA. Following the transaction, iForte’s ownership and voting rights in the company became zero. Simultaneously, PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), also a Djarum Group entity, purchased shares in DATA through two transactions on the same date. The first transaction involved the purchase of 151,250,000 shares at a price of Rp1,091 per share for investment purposes from Verah Wahyudi Singgih. Subsequently, Protelindo acquired 550,000,900 shares at a price of Rp974 per share. With these additions, Protelindo’s total ownership in DATA increased to 701,250,900 shares, or 51%. The company confirmed it is now the controlling shareholder and intends to maintain this control. Prior to these transactions, Protelindo held no shares or voting rights in DATA. iForte is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), which is owned by the Hartono family, the owners of the Djarum Group, through PT Sapta Adhikari Investama and PT Dwimurni Investama Andalan. iForte initially entered DATA in December 2024, when founding shareholders Verah Wahyudi Singgih Wong and Jimmi Anka agreed to sell approximately 40% of their ownership to PT Iforte Solusi Infotek.
