Prosecutors probe 18 graft cases

KENDARI, Southeast Sulawesi: Southeast Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office investigated 18 corruption cases from January to June this year, naming 18 people as suspects, an official said.

Chief of Southeast Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office Antasari Azhar said that corruption allegations had been investigated in some regencies and municipalities of the province, including Kolaka, Bau-bau, Unaaha and Kendari city.

The office would complete the dossiers immediately, so that the suspects could be prosecuted soon, said Antasari. -- Antara
