The Central Java High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati) has stated that it is currently collecting data and information from all MBG programme kitchens (SPPG) across the province. Arfan Triono, Head of Public Relations for the Central Java High Prosecutor’s Office, said in Semarang on Thursday that this activity is not an examination or summons of SPPG managers, but rather a data and information gathering exercise related to the kitchens’ activities. He explained that the data collection is part of monitoring the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. Arfan noted that no reports of irregularities have been found so far, as the process is still ongoing. He also confirmed that the data collection covers all SPPG kitchens, including those managed by the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
