The Bogor Regency government in West Java is presenting an exhibition of artefacts attributed to the Prophet Muhammad and his companions throughout the holy month of Ramadan 1447 Hijriah at the Pakansari area in Cibinong, specifically in the Laga Satria zone near the Nurul Wathon Grand Mosque.

Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto, speaking at the exhibition's opening in Cibinong on Friday, said the event represents a religious moment for the community to learn about Islamic history whilst strengthening spiritual values during Ramadan.

According to him, the event will run for the entire month leading up to Eid al-Fitr and is open to residents from both within and outside Bogor Regency. The exhibition is open to the public daily from 09:00 to 21:00 Western Indonesian Time, free of charge.

"During this holy month of Ramadan, this becomes an extremely valuable and meaningful moment for Muslims. We invite the public to attend, to see and learn about the culture and history, and to pray," said Rudy.

He noted that the exhibition features a total of approximately 75 artefacts claimed to be relics of the Prophet Muhammad and his relatives, ranging from turbans, hair, beard, sandals, and a staff, to the Prophet's drinking vessel.

Additionally, a number of other historical objects are on display, including the Ka'bah's kiswah, foundation stones of the Ka'bah, swords belonging to prominent Islamic figures, and replicas of war equipment.

Among the artefacts attracting visitors' attention are the Prophet Muhammad's hair, beard, cupping blood, letter seal, footprint, siwak (tooth-cleaning stick), robe, and the kiswah from the Prophet's tomb.

The organisers are also displaying other collections, such as the sword of Sayyidina Husain, the sword of Khalid bin Walid, and the sword of Muhammad Al Fatih, along with replicas of war equipment.
