Property Market on the Move, Consumer Appreciation Programme and New Projects Launched
High volatility is expected to continue until the end of May.
Damai Putra Group is holding a prize draw programme called ‘Own The Future Today’ as a form of appreciation for consumers who have purchased properties between April and December 2025. This programme includes purchases of various products, from houses and shop-houses to land plots in several projects located in the Jabodetabek area, East Java, and Central Java.
Through this programme, the company reaffirms its commitment to maintaining consumer trust amidst the ever-evolving dynamics of the property industry. Chief Financial Officer of Damai Putra Group, Lenny Wijaya, said that customer loyalty is one of the main pillars of the company’s sustainable business.
She added that the company continuously improves quality and innovation, both in terms of products and services, to meet the needs of the increasingly competitive property market.
In addition to providing appreciation to consumers, the event was also combined with an award ceremony for property agent partners who were deemed to have made significant contributions to the company’s sales achievements during the 2025-2026 period.
On the same occasion, Damai Putra Group also introduced its latest commercial project called Cova Square, located in the Kota Harapan Indah area. This shop-house area is being developed with an alfresco balcony concept, where each unit is designed to be interconnected to create a more open, vibrant, and interactive business space.
The location is on the main road corridor with a width of approximately 50 meters and is surrounded by a rapidly developing residential area. This is considered a distinct advantage as it has the potential to attract high visitor traffic for businesses.
General Manager of Sales at Damai Putra Group, Hadi Putra, said that the concept was designed to meet the needs of modern business people who prioritize flexibility as well as the visibility of their business location.
“We present Cova Square to meet the needs of modern business people who are not only looking for a strategic location, but also a concept that can increase traffic and visitor interaction,” he said on Friday (15/5).
He added that the area is designed to accommodate various types of businesses, from retail and food and beverage to lifestyle sectors. In addition, a hybrid parking system is also being prepared to provide easy access for visitors and tenants.
For marketing, commercial units at Cova Square are offered starting from around IDR 2 billion with a number of incentive schemes, including easy down payments and exemptions for certain fees according to the sales programme.
In the future, Damai Putra Group stated that it will continue to develop its portfolio of residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality, innovation, and the development of integrated and sustainable areas. (Mir/P-3)
