Property Firm Roda Vivatex to Distribute IDR 104.29 Billion Dividend, Yielding 2.7%
PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) has announced a final cash dividend distribution of IDR 104.29 billion for the 2025 financial year. The property company will pay a dividend of IDR 388 per share, equivalent to IDR 38,800 per lot. The decision was disclosed through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) information disclosure system on Thursday, 25 June 2026. Management stated that the final dividend will be paid to shareholders recorded in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) as of 3 July 2026 at 16:00 Western Indonesia Time. The complete dividend schedule is as follows: cum dividend in the regular and negotiation markets on 1 July 2026; ex dividend in the regular and negotiation markets on 2 July 2026; cum dividend in the cash market on 3 July 2026; ex dividend in the cash market on 6 July 2026; recording date on 3 July 2026 at 16:00 WIB; and dividend payment date on 10 July 2026. For shareholders whose shares are held in collective custody at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), dividends will be distributed through their respective securities company or custodian bank accounts on 10 July 2026. Meanwhile, shareholders still holding physical share certificates are required to submit their bank account details to the Securities Administration Bureau, Bima Registra, no later than 3 July 2026. RDTX shares closed unchanged at IDR 14,375 on Thursday, 25 June 2026, though the stock has gained 2.68% over the past five trading days. At the latest price, the dividend yield stands at 2.7%. The company also clarified the applicable tax provisions: domestic corporate taxpayers are not subject to dividend withholding tax; domestic individual taxpayers may receive a tax exemption if the dividend is reinvested in Indonesia in accordance with prevailing regulations; and foreign shareholders may utilise tax rates under the applicable Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) provided they submit a Certificate of Domicile by 3 July 2026 at 16:00 WIB. If the required document is not submitted by the deadline, the dividend will be subject to Income Tax Article 26 at a rate of 20%.
