JAKARTA (JP): PT Taman Dayu, developer of a luxury housing
project in the hilly area of Prigen, Pandaan, East Java, is
scheduled to hold an exhibition at the Grand Hyatt Hotel here on
Saturday and Sunday.

The project, which was first launched in Surabaya on April 28,
has attracted many potential buyers, said Lita Soenardi, the
company's spokeswoman.

Buyers from Jakarta are the target of the next exhibition,
which is being developed under the concept of "back to nature",
she said on Tuesday.

The houses offered at the exhibition will include the Golf
Estate type covering an area of between 500 and 1,500 square
meters and the Foothill Estate type between 1,200 and 2,500
square meters.

PT Taman Dayu is providing a return Jakarta-Surabaya airline
ticket for every buyer wanting to see the location of the
