Promoting Crypto Literacy Through a Gamification-Based Campaign
OSL Indonesia, a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) platform, has officially launched its latest campaign titled UPO (Untung Pakai OSL). The gamified trading and onboarding programme is designed to deliver a more interactive, educational, and accessible digital asset investment experience to the wider public.
The UPO campaign features two main activities: CryptoBox, targeting new users, and a Trading Competition open to both new and existing users. Through the programme, OSL Indonesia has set total prizes amounting to tens of millions of rupiah, with the top prize in Bitcoin.
OSL Indonesia’s Chief Marketing Officer, Vincent Sallaka, stated that the campaign reflects the company’s commitment to expanding literacy and participation in a safe, transparent, and well-regulated domestic digital asset ecosystem.
“Through UPO, we want to provide a more engaging onboarding and trading experience, while also offering easier access for people who are new to digital assets. This campaign is also a form of our appreciation to the community and active users of OSL Indonesia,” Vincent said in a written statement on Saturday, 23 May 2026.
For those new to crypto, CryptoBox offers a simple onboarding process with a guaranteed cash reward of Rp50,000 with no draw.
To receive the reward, new users must complete four key missions during the campaign period: complete identity verification or account KYC, make an initial deposit of at least Rp150,000, achieve a first trading value with a cumulative trading volume of at least Rp500,000, and make at least one trade within three different trading days during the campaign period.
In addition to CryptoBox, OSL Indonesia is also hosting the Trading Competition open to all user categories. The competition ranking is based on the total cumulative trading volume recorded by a user on the leaderboard.
The activity offers total prizes of 0.1 BTC or more than Rp175 million, split into two categories: Leaderboard Rewards and Lucky Draw Rewards.
To reach the main leaderboard, participants must accumulate a minimum trading volume of Rp3,000,000 during the competition. Meanwhile, users with a minimum cumulative volume of Rp500,000 still have a chance to win the Lucky Draw with Rp100,000 per winner. The UPO campaign is set to run until the end of June 2026.
