Profiles of OJK Board of Commissioners Candidates Who Passed the Selection
The Selection Committee for the appointment of candidates to replace the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Board of Commissioners (ADK) has announced 20 names that cleared the administrative screening. The list is set out in Announcement No. PENG-2/PANSEL-DKOJK/2026. ‘The Selection Committee’s decision is final, binding, and not subject to appeal,’ Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, who serves as Chair of the Selection Committee, said in the announcement on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.
Below are the profiles of the 20 individuals who passed the administrative screening to become Members of the OJK Board of Commissioners (ADK):
- Adi Budiarso
Adi is Director of Market Banking Development and Other Financing, Directorate General of Stability and Development of the Financial Sector, at the Ministry of Finance. Prior to contesting the ADK OJK candidacy this year, Adi had previously sought the same position in 2023. He was even declared to have passed Stage IV of the selection and announced by former Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati. When he stood for the OJK membership, he was also serving in the Ministry of Finance as Head of the Centre for Financial Sector Policy at the Fiscal Policy Agency.
- Agus Sugiarto
Agus is not new to the OJK environment. He is currently an Independent Commissioner at PT Danantara Asset Management and previously served as Director of Literacy and Education at OJK.
- Anton Daryono
Currently Executive Director/Head of the Payments System Surveillance and Consumer Protection Department at Bank Indonesia. An alumnus of The University of Melbourne, he began his career at the Indonesian central bank in 1996.
- Ary Zulfikar
During this year’s ADK OJK selection, Ary also serves as Executive Director of Legal at the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). Before joining LPS, this Universitas Gadjah Mada law graduate previously served as Head of the Legal & Compliance Department at PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (KDEI) in 1997.
- Bambang Mukti Riyadi
Bambang is Deputy Commissioner for International Relations, APU-PPT and Regions of OJK. Before joining OJK, Bambang had stints as an Account Manager at Bank Mandiri and Bank Indonesia. He is also recorded as having worked at the Ministry of Finance as Assistant Manager.
- Boby Wahyu Hernawan
Boby is currently Director of Multilateral Cooperation and Sustainable Finance, Directorate General of Stability and Development of the Financial Sector, Ministry of Finance. His career at the Ministry began in 1995, initially in the Capital Market Supervisory Agency. He was later appointed Head of the HR Development Sub-Section in 2006.
- Danu Febrianto
A holder of a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia; currently Senior Executive Vice President at LPS. Before joining LPS, Danu started his career at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 1994–2007, then continued at Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta from 2007–2011 before moving to LPS.
- Darmansyah
Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning, Finance, Secretariat of the Board of Commissioners and Logistics of OJK, sworn in on 1 October 2025. He is an alumnus of Universitas Andalas and serves as Chairman of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Cultural Studies, Universitas Andalas, for 2024–2028.
- Dhani Gunawan Idat
Dhani is currently President Commissioner of BPRS HIK Parahyangan. He previously served as Senior Supervisor of OJK’s Banking Specialist Group, but concluded his career due to retirement.
- Dicky Kartikoyono
He is Head of the Payments Systems Policy Department at Bank Indonesia. Before contesting the ADK OJK selection this year, Dicky had previously run for Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia. He stalled at the fit and proper test conducted by the DPR’s Commission XI after losing to his rival, Tjomas Djiwandono.
- Dwityapoetra Soeyasa Besar
Dwityapoetra currently serves as Executive Director for Surveillance, Examinations and Statistics at LPS. He is listed as a member of LPS for the 2025–2030 period. He participated in the LPS selection process at the same time as Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa’s candidacy for the institution.
- Friderica Widyasari Dewi
Friderica is an alumnus of Gadjah Mada University who later earned a master’s degree at California State University, United States. Friderica, who currently serves as Executive Director for Supervisory Behaviour of Financial Service Providers, Education and Consumer Protection at OJK, previously served as Director of Market Development at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2009–2015.
- Hasan Fawzi
An alumnus of the Bandung Institute of Technology, he is the Executive Head of ITSK, Digital Asset Supervision, and Crypto Asset Supervision at OJK. Hasan began his career at PT Kliring Depositori Efek Indonesia, reaching the position of Head of the System Development Department between 1993–1997. He has also served as President Director of PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit (2022–2023), President Director and Independent at PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia (2022–2023), and Independent Commissioner at PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk in 2023.
- Hernawan Bekti Sasongko
Hernawan is currently a member of the OJK Supervisory Board. An alumnus of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, he previously served as Senior Economist at Bank Indonesia from 2003–2006. In addition to his OJK role, Hernawan is currently President Commissioner of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia.
- Hidayat Prabowo
Hidayat is an alumnus of the University of Indonesia’s Master’s programme. He is currently Head of OJK Central Java. Before joining OJK, Hidayat worked as Group Head (SVP) Internal Audit at Bank Mandiri from 2010–2013.
- Iskandar Simorangkir
He is currently Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, Bank Indonesia. The ADK OJK selection this year is not his first; in 2022 Iskandar attempted the same.
